She is a Tyra Educational Services LLC co-owner and has managed college fair registration and bookkeeping since 2012. Marie enjoys cooking, traveling, reading and playing with Bruce. Bob Tyra
After 27 years at the Los Angeles County Office of of Education, Bob retired from a Project Director position in 2011. He provided technical assistance to counselors in 81 school districts. He left his Adjunct Professor position in the California State University system in 2018 after 25 years of service. He has co-coordinated 34 out-of-state and international college fairs since 2012. Bob plays golf, reads, travels and is usually the oldest person in his Saturday morning Yoga class.

Katia Tyra
Katia is our C2C recruitment specialist and helps us with research, social media and public relations. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Communication Studies degree and Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) Mediation Certification in May, 2018. Katia loves to travel, binge-watch Netflix, collect vinyl and is secretly an old person.

…and Bruce
Bruce is a 6-year old Great Dane and Border Collie mix and is our official C2C dog. Since coming into our family from a rescue facility almost 4 years ago, we are proud to report that he has earned two SPCA “Canine College” certificates in agility. He will do anything for cheese and he is a good dog, yes he is.
