College2Career Fairs invites out-of state Title IV eligible and accredited colleges, universities, other postsecondary institutions, or programs offering curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the College2Career Fair program. International Universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the country’s Ministry of Higher Education or by US accrediting associations are also invited to participate.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
All College2Career Fairs changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing on institutional letterhead by direct mail or email. All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
Registrations that are cancelled or switched to another fair are subject to approval and are assessed cancellation and additional processing fees (including difference between early-bird and regular registration rates.) These fees must be collected prior to registration changes being processed.
If a College2Career Fair is cancelled by circumstances beyond the control of College2Career Fairs (acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation services) to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to allow a College2Career Fair to occur, the registrant agrees that they will not hold College2Career Fairs liable for the cancellation and/or disruption of the program.
If a College2Career Fair is cancelled, the registrant agrees to hold College2Career Fairs and its agents blameless and to accept the College2Career Fairs refund policy.
